Strength of Seduction is a fitness program for couples. This holiday bundle includes two DVD’s, and access two both of the workouts on our streaming website.

The streaming version of Strength of Seduction can be watched on any computer, tablet or smartphone. We create a streaming account based on the email address sued at purchase.  After you purchase, you will be able to set up a password. From there, you can login to tour streaming site.

Each workout is is 30-60 minutes. There are timers on each session so that you and your partner can keep up!

They vary in intensity from easy to more challenging. Pick the level that's right for you and get comfortable.

Even if it's been a while since you've made regular exercise a part of your routine, that's ok! Take it at your own pace. These workouts will get you in shape and you'll lose weight. But the most important aspect is spending time with your partner and getting the full benefit of bonding with them.
